 Guarantee Policy

Trees and shrubs come with a 1-year guarantee or take 20% off retail price and void the guarantee. 1-year guarantee on trees and shrubs is valid for one year from the date printed on receipt. No exceptions. For replacement or store credit you must have the original receipt and proof of dead shrub/tree. No cash refunds will be given. Replacement plants carry no guarantee. There is no guarantee on fruit trees, annuals, perennials, ornamental grasses, tropicals, azaleas, rhododendrons, roses, crape myrtles, mimosas, dogwoods, hollies, brambles and butterfly bush.
