An evening where nature sets the table. Long tables are set right on the trails of our three-acre prairie, surrounded by wildflowers, with live classical musicians playing from within the grasses. Shop the gardens and greenhouses from 3:00–5:00 PM at 25% off, then a welcome Apple Cider Mule at 5:00 PM with appetizers, dinner at 6:00 PM, and dessert by the barn firepit at sunset. Choose hand-cut beef tenderloin with garlic herb butter or herb-marinated chicken breast, with apple harvest salad, steakhouse mashed potatoes, roasted carrots and green beans, and apple crisp with vanilla ice cream. $85 per guest. Cash bar available. Prairie-casual attire — comfortable shoes for the trails. If the weather turns, dinner moves into the barn.

Our latest tree count is up on the Trees in Stock page — species, container size, quantity and price. Trees move quickly, so call before you make the drive if you're after something specific.

Cool air, warm soil, and fall rain mean a tree spends the whole winter putting down roots instead of holding leaves. If you've been putting off a shade tree, this is the season to do it. Come walk the tree rows and we'll help you load it.
Twelve acres that look like a different place every eight weeks.

Hanging baskets, flats of annuals, and the first trees leaving the greenhouse on trailers.

Hydrangeas at their peak, waterlilies in the pond, perennials sized up and ready.

Mums, ornamental grasses, and the best planting window of the whole year for trees.

Succulents year-round in the heated house, plus statuary, fountains and gift certificates.
